Pancreatine

Pancreatin is an enzyme complex obtained from animal pancreas. Pancreatin contains proteases, these help to break down protein into peptides, lipase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of fats into glycerol and amylase which breaks down starch into dextrins and sugars. It is used in cases of pancreas dysfunction and also if very greasy food has been eaten.

Bromelain
